Job description
The Sales Executive role at TruKKer in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is focused on acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients with complex logistics and transportation requirements. TruKKer is the Middle Eastās first and largest on-demand truck aggregator, leveraging technology to standardize, digitize, and optimize the fragmented transport and logistics market. The role is responsible for driving B2B enterprise sales by leading contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreements, while delivering customized logistics solutions through close coordination with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams. The Sales Executive prepares and delivers enterprise-focused client presentations and proposals, monitors logistics and transportation market trends, and provides strategic commercial insights to leadership. The position requires strong exposure to logistics or transportation environments, advanced communication and negotiation capabilities, and the ability to independently manage pressure, targets, and cross-department collaboration. The role contributes directly to TruKKerās growth, market expansion, and high-performance sales culture within a rapidly scaling logistics technology organization.

Key responsibilities
- Acquire and manage enterprise-level clients with complex logistics and transportation needs
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service-level agreement development
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams to design and deliver customized logistics solutions
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and sales proposals tailored to enterprise requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to provide strategic input to leadership
- Manage sales targets, pipelines, and client relationships with high accountability and ownership
- Work independently in the field while coordinating with multiple internal departments
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Demonstrate strong contract negotiation and enterprise relationship management capabilities
- Have exposure to the logistics or transportation industry
- Exhibit advanced communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
- Demonstrate high business acumen, strategic thinking, and execution focus
- Maintain the ability to manage pressure, sales targets, and cross-functional coordination independently
