Job description
SAP HRMS, GOSI, MOFA, Muqeem, QIWA and the Ministry of Human Resources are the systems and portals that shape most days in this Riyadh HR position. Based at SABCO, Bechtel's regional office at Business Gate, the role supports Bechtel Business Services People Operations as an HR generalist within shared services. HR master data is processed in SAP and kept accurate, and analytics, reports and metrics are built from it. Leave of absence, terminations and severance are processed, and employment contracts are administered in line with regional compliance. Global mobility assignments, benefits administration and Employee Service Center requests such as medical plans and employment verification also come through here. Immigration work covers COC, MOFA, Muqeem and QIWA transactions, plus exit and re-entry visas, sometimes outside regular hours, at weekends or on holidays. Process mapping and performance tracking help keep a high-volume transaction environment running smoothly. Travel or relocation to project assignments may be needed. A bachelor's degree in HR with 4 years of related experience, or any bachelor's degree with 5, is required, and Saudi immigration, SAP and Six Sigma or Lean experience are preferred.
