Job description
The New Built Sales Manager MENAT is responsible for driving sales and business development across the MENAT region for Brush products, focusing on synchronous condenser solutions and power generation applications. The role includes promoting and selling to named accounts, managing commercial opportunities and pipelines, performing commercial and technical negotiations with clients, and coordinating internal technical and commercial activities including offer elaboration and technical solution development in collaboration with engineering, production, and tendering teams. The position requires frequent travel across the market region and participation in industry events and trade fairs. Reporting is to the New Built Global Sales and Commercial Leader. The role requires strong knowledge of Brush products, the grid transmission market, and synchronous condenser technologies, with the ability to influence clients, lead small teams, and manage multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously. The position is eligible for the BRUSH Sales Incentive Plan.

Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell Brush products to named accounts within MENAT region
- Develop and maintain commercial opportunities and opportunity pipelines
- Lead commercial and technical negotiations with clients
- Coordinate internal teams for elaboration of offers and technical solutions
- Follow up on dedicated leads and update sales opportunities within the region
- Contribute to pricing and conditions for assigned accounts
- Handle diverse clients with a local focus in the region
- Participate in industry events and trade fairs as required
- Report to New Built Global Sales and Commercial Leader
- Travel extensively within the MENAT market region as required
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales roles, preferably in power generation industry
- Experience in commercial and technical negotiations with customers
- Good knowledge of Brush products
- Experience in grid transmission market and synchronous condenser solutions and technologies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead small teams
- Ability to coordinate multiple commercial opportunities simultaneously
- Proven analytical and organizational ability
- Effective problem identification and solution skills
