Job description
Performs hands-on execution of TRS activities on-site, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery across setup, operation, and dismantling of TRS equipment; ensures all TRS operations are performed according to project specifications and client requirements; monitors and adjusts TRS equipment to optimize performance and efficiency during operations; adheres to ADNOC Drillingās safety policies and procedures at all times during TRS operations; participates in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working environment; reports any safety incidents or hazards immediately and assists in the investigation process; operates TRS equipment proficiently and performs routine maintenance to ensure reliability and performance; identifies and troubleshoots equipment issues, coordinating with the maintenance team for repairs as needed; maintains accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and performance; ensures all TRS operations meet the highest quality standards and adhere to project specifications; conducts inspections and quality checks on equipment and procedures to verify compliance; addresses any quality issues promptly and implements corrective actions in coordination with the team; maintains detailed records of TRS operations including job logs, equipment usage, and maintenance activities; prepares and submits reports on TRS activities, performance metrics, and safety incidents to the Supervisor; ensures all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly archived; provides guidance and support to junior TRS operators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment; assists in training programs to enhance the skills and competencies of team members; supports the Supervisor in achieving operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Execute on-site TRS activities including setup, operation, and dismantling of TRS equipment in line with project specifications and client requirements
- Monitor and adjust TRS equipment during operations to optimize performance and efficiency
- Adhere to ADNOC Drilling safety policies and procedures and participate in safety meetings, drills, and risk assessments
- Report safety incidents and hazards immediately and assist in incident investigation processes
- Operate TRS equipment proficiently and perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability and performance
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance activities, and operational performance
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on equipment and procedures to verify compliance with quality standards
- Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions with the team
- Prepare and submit reports on TRS activities, performance metrics, and safety incidents to the Supervisor and archive documentation accurately
- Provide guidance and support to junior TRS operators and assist in training programs to build team competencies
- Support the Supervisor in achieving operational goals and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Experience & skills
- Hold a Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 3ā5 years of experience in oilfield services with a focus on TRS operations
- Demonstrate proven ability to operate TRS equipment and perform maintenance tasks in a field environment
- Show demonstrated experience executing TRS operations safely and efficiently
