Job description
The Coordinator – Construction Services supports the operational efficiency of construction service activities by coordinating daily workforce deployment and assisting with the management of business unit contracts and accounts. Working closely with the Operations Manager, Administrative team, and Account Manager, the role focuses on ensuring that staffing requirements are fulfilled and operational processes run smoothly. The coordinator plays a central role in managing daily staff movements, ensuring that rostered personnel are deployed to project sites in accordance with operational and client requirements. The role also serves as a primary point of contact for employee queries and works closely with internal departments including HR, welfare, transport, accommodation, and demand planning teams to ensure staff needs and operational requirements are met. In addition, the position ensures adherence to workflow processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), while maintaining accurate coordination of workforce logistics. The Coordinator is encouraged to contribute to operational improvements by identifying opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks and suggesting enhancements that benefit both employees and business operations.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workforce deployment to ensure rostered staff are assigned to project sites

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and operational concerns
- Coordinate with line management to ensure client staffing requirements are fulfilled
- Support the smooth operation of contracts and business unit accounts
- Ensure compliance with established workflow processes and standard operating procedures
- Monitor staff allocation and site deployment requirements
- Assist in resolving operational or employee-related concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate coordination records and operational reports
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive administrative tasks
- Provide suggestions to improve operational processes and workforce coordination
Experience & skills
- 1–2 years of experience in an outsourcing company or large-scale workforce environment
- Strong coordination and administrative support skills
- Competent computer and reporting skills
- Ability to communicate with diverse workforce groups
- Ability to work flexible shifts based on operational and client requirements
- UAE driving license
- Ability to understand and speak multiple regional dialects preferred
