Job description
The Business Development Specialist at KAIZEN Asset Management Services in Dubai is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate, developing and implementing business development strategies aligned with company goals, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, bids, and marketing materials, collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery, conducting market analysis to track industry trends and competitor activity, maintaining CRM records, participating in industry events and trade shows, and providing regular reports and strategic input to senior management. The role is open to all levels from Junior to Director, with responsibilities and engagement varying according to experience and level of seniority.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management
- Develop, implement, and refine business development strategies that align with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and marketing materials to prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and enhance client satisfaction
- Engage in market analysis to remain informed of industry trends, competitors, and client demands
- Record all sales activities and maintain updated records in the CRM system

Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Experience in business development or sales roles: Junior (0-2 years), Mid-level (2-5 years), Senior (5-10 years), Director (10+ years)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Self-motivated and results-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is advantageous, especially for senior and director-level roles
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results
- Valid UAE driver's license is preferred
