Job description
The HR Executive at Al-Futtaim Group will support full-cycle HR operations for M&S Retail in Riyadh, ensuring smooth execution of recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll data handling, and training coordination. The role involves end-to-end recruitment support for Bands C–D, onboarding facilitation including documentation and system access, and managing employee separations including exit interviews. The HR Executive is responsible for maintaining payroll accuracy through attendance, overtime, and leave tracking, preparing HR dashboards and reports, drafting warning letters, and securing employee records. They will also manage disciplinary processes and maintain an updated organizational structure. In partnership with the HR Business Partner, the role supports talent planning, facilitates HR Academy training sessions and workshops, ensures timely training delivery, and provides weekly training activity reports. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. The candidate must have 2–4 years of relevant HR experience and a degree in Human Resources or related field.

Key responsibilities
- Support recruitment for all vacant positions, focusing on Bands C–D
- Coordinate interviews, joining, confirmation, and separation processes
- Ensure onboarding tasks such as induction, access setup, and fingerprint registration are completed
- Conduct and document exit interviews
- Consolidate and manage payroll data including attendance, leave, overtime, and turnover
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for finance and recruitment teams
- Draft and issue employee warning letters with proper documentation
- Maintain secure and organized employee records and archives
- Follow up on employee probation reviews at 1, 3, and 5 months
- Coordinate internal and external hiring processes
- Support disciplinary investigations and update organizational structure records
- Prepare approval requests for HRBP actions and terminations
- Collaborate with HRBP to ensure timely HR administrative task completion
- Manage HR Academy training activities and align programs with business goals
- Coordinate and facilitate employee workshops as assigned
- Provide weekly training activity reports and monitor training plan execution
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or training coordination
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
