Job description
The Manager ā Elite Mortgage Sales leads the Elite Mortgage division for First Abu Dhabi Bank at the Sheikh Zayed Road branch. The role is responsible for developing and executing advanced mortgage sales strategies, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth across the UAE. This position involves identifying business opportunities through market and competitor analysis, managing a sales pipeline, and forecasting performance. The Manager builds and maintains high-value relationships with elite clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring a seamless customer journey from acquisition to loan processing. The role also oversees compliance with UAE mortgage regulations, collaborates with internal teams to streamline operations, and provides strong leadership to a high-performing sales team. The position requires deep knowledge of the UAE mortgage market, elite client needs, and real estate valuation trends.

- Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to increase revenue and expand mortgage market share
- Analyze UAE mortgage market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with elite clients, partners, brokers, and stakeholders
- Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Ensure smooth coordination across departments to optimize loan processing and customer experience
- Monitor compliance with UAE mortgage regulations and internal bank policies
- Lead, motivate, and coach a high-performing mortgage sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction
- Represent the bank in relevant industry events and client engagements
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, productivity, and client acquisition
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5ā7 years of experience in mortgage sales with success leading high-performing teams
- In-depth knowledge of UAE mortgage products, processes, and regulatory landscape
- Strong sales, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Experience working with elite or high-net-worth clients is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience coaching and motivating sales teams
- Thorough understanding of UAE real estate trends and property valuation
- Relevant mortgage or financial certifications (e.g., Certified Mortgage Banker) preferred
- Ability to travel within the UAE for client meetings and events
