Job description
Senior Application Specialist - Saudization role within Siemens Healthineers Customer Services responsible for conducting educational sessions at customer sites to educate users on Siemens systems in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging (MI), including high-experience exposure to PET and SPECT systems and familiarity with Siemens SPECT & PET platforms. The position involves customer education and equipment turnover, coordinating with the Project Management (PM) department to prepare and organize application training sessions for Nuclear Medicine and MI systems, preparing and gathering necessary technical documentation for end user training before and after training sessions, and accompanying Nuclear Medicine and MI Application Specialists assigned from abroad during their period in the Kingdom. The role includes maintaining customer relationships for post-training support, answering customer questions, solving customer application-related problems both on-site and remotely, and keeping customers updated with the latest clinical information and new features, packages, and system options. The position also requires continuous professional development through attending TC courses in Germany, passing WBTs, obtaining supporting certificates, and completing regulatory and core process documentation in a timely fashion. The candidate must possess advanced background knowledge and field practical experience in Nuclear Medicine (MI), demonstrate solid work experience in application management and application development, and have at least 4+ years of application experience including local and abroad training exposure. The role operates within Siemens Healthineersā global medical technology environment supporting clinical decision-making and treatment pathways, while ensuring compliance with regulatory documentation requirements and supporting customer-facing clinical application deployment and operational optimization.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct customer education and equipment turnover sessions at customer sites to train users on Siemens systems in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging including PET and SPECT applications
- Coordinate with Project Management department to prepare, organize, and deliver application training sessions for Nuclear Medicine and MI systems including scheduling and training logistics
- Prepare and gather technical documentation for end user training before and after training sessions ensuring training readiness and compliance
- Accompany Nuclear Medicine and MI Application Specialists assigned from abroad during their deployment in the Kingdom and support local customer engagement
- Maintain customer relationships and provide post-training application support by answering technical questions and resolving application-related issues on-site or remotely
- Update customers with latest clinical information, software features, system packages, and available options related to Siemens Nuclear Medicine and MI systems
- Complete regulatory and core process documentation in a timely fashion and maintain compliance with operational procedures
- Perform continuous self-improvement by attending TC courses in Germany, completing WBTs, and obtaining supporting certifications
Experience & skills
- Be a Saudi National with advanced background knowledge and field practical experience in Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging
- Demonstrate high experience in PET and SPECT and familiarity with Siemens SPECT & PET systems
- Possess at least 4+ years of application experience including local and abroad training exposure
- Hold solid work experience in application management and application development within clinical imaging environments
- Demonstrate ability to conduct customer training, prepare documentation, support customers remotely and on-site, and complete regulatory documentation
- Maintain fluent English proficiency to support training delivery and customer communication
