Job description
The Consultant – Manager role at Prokura Middle East is a multi-level opportunity within a leading consultancy specializing in Strategic Procurement and Supply Chain, operating as part of the Kearney family. The role is based in Riyadh and supports Prokura’s expansion across the Middle East and Africa, building a regional talent pool to support procurement transformation initiatives. Prokura delivers high-impact programs that extend beyond traditional procurement, supporting organizations across sectors including Defense, Infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, consumer goods, and other capital-intensive industries. Consultants and Managers engage in work ranging from external spend analysis and supply chain reshaping to building procurement organizations and driving bottom-line results through practical implementation, not just recommendations. The role operates in an international and collaborative environment, frequently working with colleagues across countries and cultures and on joint assignments with Kearney using global consulting methodologies. Individuals contribute to procurement, supply chain, localization, capital projects, and commercial advisory initiatives, leveraging data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve procurement, operations, and capital project outcomes. The position offers fast growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling regional platform, allowing individuals at different career stages to shape their professional path while contributing to the growth of Prokura Middle East and creating sustainable value for clients.
