Job description
Salesforce is seeking a strategic and dynamic Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to support HR initiatives across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia as the newly established regional HQ. The role is pivotal in aligning global HR policies with regional needs, ensuring compliance, talent development, and operational excellence to support the companyâs business growth and transformation in emerging markets.

Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor for business units across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Europe by using professional credibility and positive relationships
- Partner with regional leadership to identify HR priorities and develop regionally tailored HR strategies
- Strengthen the leadership team by mentoring and developing senior leaders
- Lead complex initiatives such as employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, compensation planning, and leadership development
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and alignment with global HR policies
- Partner with COEs and regional ES teams to deliver seamless HR processes and programs
- Lead or support HR transformation initiatives including policy harmonization, process improvement, and digital HR systems deployment
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy execution
- Facilitate leadership development and succession planning adapted to diverse markets
- Build and nurture a high-performance culture aligned with company values
- Support cross-border talent mobility and expatriate management
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5â7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in international or regional roles
- Proven experience working across Middle East and other EMEA markets
- Strong understanding of KSA and Middle East employment laws, labor relations, and cultural nuances
- Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable ability to influence decision-makers and lead initiatives across diverse markets
- Experience with program/change management preferred
- Fluent in Arabic and English; knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
- Ability to work with both onsite and distributed teams effectively
- Willingness to travel regionally as required
