Job description
As a Junior Associate at McKinsey & Company, you will join client service teams to take ownership of workstreams that address complex business challenges. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to analyze data, conduct research, and generate actionable insights, helping clients solve problems, refine strategies, and implement transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of a workstream within a client engagement

- Collaborate closely with colleagues across geographies and practices
- Support clients in driving transformation and operational improvement
- Participate in field work, site visits, and client workshops as required

Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree (requirements vary by country and practice)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to independently manage tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; local languages a plus
- Analytical reasoning and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in creating work-product outputs (PowerPoint, Excel, written materials)
