Key responsibilities
- Monitor allocated machinery and equipment for proper operation and production performance
- Identify, diagnose, and fix breakdowns or technical failures to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
- Adjust machine parameters, record data, and ensure performance meets operational standards
- Report and order necessary maintenance parts to prevent downtime
- Ensure work area is clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain production efficiency and safety standards
Experience & skills
- Diploma in Technical Engineering
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process technician roles
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery
- Ability to follow health, safety, and operational procedures
- Basic proficiency in English for reporting and communication
- Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment
