Job description
Procurement documents, financial models and business cases are the building blocks of this Senior Associate's week in PwC's Infrastructure Finance team in Riyadh. Large-scale infrastructure projects across power and utilities, renewables, social infrastructure and transport need procurement and transaction advisory support. Procurement documents and schedules are drafted and reviewed, often benchmarked against precedent projects. Business cases, risk analysis and quantification, and financial analysis of project finance structures feed client decisions. Financial models underpin much of that analysis. Sector and financial market research turns into industry papers, while reports, memos and presentations go to clients. Proposal writing and business development also need your support, working alongside multidisciplinary teams. Travel takes up around 30 to 40% of the time, sometimes with overnight stays. Three to five years in infrastructure advisory or related sectors, strong financial modelling and PPP knowledge are required, with Arabic, an MBA, CFA or CPA an advantage.
