The Paid Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing results-driven international paid media campaigns to drive high-quality visitor registrations and qualified exhibitor leads across Tahaluf’s portfolio of large-scale B2B events including LEAP, Black Hat, Money 20/20, Cityscape, and CPHI Middle East. The role involves managing international and local exhibitor promotion (Exprom) and visitor promotion (Visprom) campaigns aligned with sales and marketing objectives while collaborating closely with internal sales teams, marketing teams, and external agencies. The position requires developing targeted paid media strategies, managing campaign launches, optimizing performance metrics including CTR, conversions, lead quality, and ROI optimisation, and identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance. The Paid Media Marketing Manager will monitor campaign analytics using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, and Data Studio, analyse performance trends, refresh creative strategies, and adjust targeting strategies to improve conversion rates. The role includes preparing detailed monthly reports, providing performance visibility to senior leadership, and leveraging insights from previous campaigns and other portfolios to inform media planning and execution. The position also involves penetrating new markets unfamiliar with Saudi events through localized campaigns, managing agency briefings, coordinating campaign execution, supporting high-quality registration growth, and improving conversion performance. The role requires managing multiple campaigns simultaneously across global and regional audiences while ensuring alignment with business objectives, supporting international event promotion, and showcasing Saudi Arabia’s global event portfolio through innovative paid media strategies.

- Develop and implement targeted paid media strategies across international and local markets to drive high-quality visitor registrations and generate qualified exhibitor leads across the full events portfolio including LEAP, Black Hat, Money 20/20, Cityscape, and CPHI Middle East while aligning campaigns with sales and marketing objectives
- Manage exhibitor promotion (Exprom) and visitor promotion (Visprom) campaigns by collaborating with sales teams on exhibitor lead generation strategies and marketing teams on visitor acquisition strategies including targeting, audience segmentation, data builds, and channel-specific communication planning
- Brief agencies with clear campaign objectives, media plans, performance targets, and insights from previous campaigns while overseeing campaign launch, execution, and continuous optimization to improve CTR, conversions, lead quality, and ROI optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance across paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while analysing performance metrics using Google Analytics and Data Studio to identify areas for improvement and optimize targeting strategies and creatives
- Prepare detailed monthly campaign performance reports including analysis of registrations, conversions, lead quality, and campaign effectiveness while providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the core marketing team
- Collaborate with agencies, sales teams, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns remain aligned with objectives, meet performance targets, and leverage cross-portfolio insights and historical campaign data to enhance media planning and execution
- Drive strategic initiatives to increase high-quality visitor registrations and qualified exhibitor leads while addressing challenges related to high registration volume and low conversion rates through improved targeting, messaging, and campaign optimization
- Penetrate new international markets unfamiliar with Saudi Arabia events by developing localized paid media strategies, tailoring messaging, executing regional campaigns, and managing multiple concurrent campaigns across global audiences
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience managing international paid media campaigns focused on driving registrations, lead generation, and performance optimization across multiple channels and markets
- Show experience working closely with or managing external agencies including briefing agencies, overseeing campaign execution, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives
- Possess strong analytical and reporting capabilities including analysing campaign performance metrics, identifying trends, optimizing CTR and conversion rates, and delivering data-driven recommendations
- Demonstrate proficiency in paid media platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools including Google Analytics and Data Studio for performance tracking and optimization
- Show experience developing and managing media plans including audience targeting strategies, data builds, segmentation, and multi-channel campaign planning across international markets
- Demonstrate experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing stakeholders to align campaign objectives, improve lead quality, and support business growth
- Possess knowledge of local and international marketing strategies including developing localized campaigns, targeting new markets, and optimizing messaging for global audiences
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining performance optimization, reporting accuracy, stakeholder communication, and strategic alignment across large-scale B2B event marketing initiatives
