Job description
GE HealthCare's service delivery across the EAGM Region spans the RCIS, TCA, MESA and Africa LCTs, and this General Manager is accountable for all four. Results are measured on service P&L, contribution margin, cash collection, field and remote productivity, and customer satisfaction. A large part of the work is simplifying and harmonising service processes across those LCTs using the Global Services standard operating framework, without disrupting customers or frontline teams. Heartbeat and the GEHC business system sit at the centre of how the organisation runs, with standard work, daily management, bowler/KPI discipline and root-cause problem solving. Customer CSO escalations come to you for ownership and quick resolution, worked through with the EAGM Service PSD, LCT leaders and commercial product managers. Partnerships stretch across Service Sales, Finance, HR, Quality, EHS, OTR, Zone Presidents and the Global Service Organization. Developing LCT and Zone service leaders, and building the right structure for future growth, carries as much weight as hitting the numbers. The position is remote from Abu Dhabi or Türkiye, or another agreed location within EAGM, with international travel. Applicants need 10+ years of senior sales, product or general management experience, an extensive background in healthcare services or technical operations and hands-on lean practice, with an MBA desired.

- Develop field service profitability metrics and resource models that protect customer experience
- Run operating reviews and daily management systems to identify gaps and drive corrective actions
- Improve field and remote service productivity through standard work, capacity management and digital tools
- Resolve customer CSO escalations quickly with the EAGM Service PSD, LCT leaders and commercial product managers
- Champion Heartbeat and the GEHC business system, including the core four, visual management and bowler/KPI discipline
