Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the digital product roadmap for retail deposits, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Enhance user interface and experience across web and mobile platforms to improve customer satisfaction and digital adoption
- Create and iterate customer-centric product strategies including new deposit features, pricing, and engagement tactics
- Track and analyze performance metrics across digital channels to identify areas for improvement
- Introduce new digital propositions to expand customer reach and convenience
- Optimize digital content and design for clarity, relevance, and visual engagement
- Collaborate with Digital Banking, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and IT to ensure seamless product execution
- Conduct ongoing market research and regulatory analysis to ensure product compliance and competitive differentiation
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital product launches from ideation and feasibility to UAT and post-launch evaluation
- Ensure full compliance with internal risk, security, and legal frameworks
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science
- 3+ years of experience in digital financial product management within banking, fintech, or consumer finance
- Proven experience launching digital deposit products in an Agile environment
- Deep understanding of the UAE regulatory environment and global digital banking trends
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks and tools like Jira and Trello
- Strong communication and leadership skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Customer-first approach with a track record of improving digital journeys
