Job description
Join Check Point's CloudGuard division as a Cloud Sales Specialist and drive high-impact cloud security sales across the UAE. This role positions you at the forefront of a high-growth, cloud-native security platform, offering end-to-end protection for applications and infrastructure across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will lead business expansion efforts, manage pipeline development, and collaborate with cloud provider partners such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. A strategic and execution-driven mindset, combined with deep cloud expertise and a hunter mentality, is essential to thrive in this territory-based role.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and expand business within assigned territory.
- Meet or exceed ACV and TCV sales quotas through pipeline development and execution.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a four-quarter rolling pipeline.
- Collaborate with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and implement joint go-to-market activities.
- Engage with clients to present Check Point's CloudGuard solutions and close deals.
- Qualify leads and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence and communicate customer feedback to the product team.
- Apply strategic account planning, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
- Stay current on cloud-native technologies, DevOps, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and cybersecurity trends.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in cloud or cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven success in winning new logos and upselling within enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of public cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience in DevOps environments, including Kubernetes, CI/CD, and containerized platforms.
- Ability to work in matrixed environments and drive success through direct and indirect channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and building sustainable pipelines.
- Experience in target account selling and consultative solution selling approaches.
