The Dispatching Lead for E-commerce Fulfillment Operations in Riyadh is responsible for overseeing and managing the dispatch team to ensure timely and efficient delivery operations. The role includes real-time monitoring of delivery progress through dispatch software, coordinating with drivers, resolving delivery issues promptly, and optimizing delivery routes in coordination with the routing team. The lead is also tasked with tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, and leading and mentoring the dispatching team. Additionally, the Dispatching Lead plays a vital role in supporting customer service by resolving delivery-related inquiries and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
