Job description
The Partner Account Manager at Salesforce plays a strategic role in accelerating revenue growth and customer success through the development and management of high-performing consulting partner relationships across the Middle East region. Reporting to the Director of Alliances for the Middle East, this position is responsible for defining and executing joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with Salesforce consulting partners. The role focuses on driving pipeline generation, increasing partner-led revenue, expanding certifications and technical enablement, and enhancing customer satisfaction through strong ecosystem collaboration. The Partner Account Manager acts as a key liaison between internal Salesforce sales, marketing, and leadership teams and external consulting partners to ensure alignment on regional objectives and execution plans. This includes identifying whitespace opportunities within the territory, recruiting and qualifying new consulting partners with specialized industry or product expertise, and supporting the onboarding and enablement process in coordination with Partner Success Managers. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of SaaS business models, alliance strategy, and indirect sales channels, along with the ability to influence stakeholders, manage joint initiatives, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
- Define joint short- and long-term business goals and go-to-market plans with Salesforce consulting partners across the Middle East
- Develop and execute partner business plans including demand generation, enablement, training, and joint solution development
- Drive regional pipeline growth and revenue aligned with broader partner strategies and corporate objectives
- Collaborate with account executives, marketing teams, and partner organizations to ensure seamless delivery of customer implementations
- Align partner initiatives with certification targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Identify territory whitespace and recruit new consulting partners with relevant industry, product, or market segment expertise
- Lead qualification and evaluation of prospective consulting partners
- Support onboarding of new partners in collaboration with Partner Success Managers
- Monitor partner performance, provide strategic guidance, and drive continuous improvement in joint execution
- Provide clear reporting and visibility into partner-driven revenue, pipeline, and strategic initiatives
Experience & skills
- 4+ years of experience managing partner relationships within the technology or SaaS industry, or equivalent experience in direct sales
- Proven experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies with channel or consulting partners
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and revenue-driving programs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and executive leadership teams
- Strong analytical and territory planning skills with a focus on pipeline and revenue growth
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and enabling consulting or technology partners is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
