Job description
The Regional HR Director role is responsible for providing Strategic HR Leadership by developing and executing regional HR strategy aligned with business goals and advising leadership on workforce planning and organisational design within a high-growth luxury retail organisation with international expansion potential. The role includes Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning through implementation of recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives. The position leads Performance Management & Engagement by driving performance management systems, leadership development, and employee engagement programs. The role manages Compensation & Benefits including designing competitive pay structures, managing payroll, and introducing innovative benefits. The Regional HR Director ensures Compliance & Employee Relations by adhering to GCC labour laws, managing HR policies, and handling employee relations matters. The position drives Organisational Development & Culture by promoting corporate culture, leading DEI initiatives, and managing change strategies. The role includes HR Technology & Analytics responsibilities including implementing HRIS, dashboards, and automation while leveraging data for decision-making. Additionally, the role oversees CSR & Well-being initiatives by developing CSR programs, wellness initiatives, and aligning HR with ESG principles. The position also manages Crisis Management by creating HR contingency plans and ensuring business continuity during disruptions. The role requires a Saudi National with a relevant Degree in Human Resources, MBA, or CIPD, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience and proven track record in line management within the retail industry, ideally luxury retail, and offers the opportunity to lead and shape the HR function within a high-growth organisation based in Riyadh with work-from-home flexibility and a competitive compensation package.

- Develop and execute regional HR strategy aligned with business goals while advising leadership on workforce planning and organisational design across the region
- Implement talent acquisition strategies including recruitment strategies, succession planning, and employer branding initiatives to support organisational growth
- Drive performance management systems, leadership development initiatives, and employee engagement programs across the organisation
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures including pay structures, payroll management, and innovative benefits programs
- Ensure compliance with GCC labour laws while managing HR policies and handling employee relations matters
- Promote organisational development and corporate culture by leading DEI initiatives and managing change strategies
- Implement HRIS systems, dashboards, and automation while leveraging HR analytics for data-driven decision-making
- Develop CSR programs, wellness initiatives, and align HR practices with ESG principles
- Create HR contingency plans and manage crisis management initiatives to ensure business continuity during disruptions
Experience & skills
- Possess Saudi National status with a relevant Degree in Human Resources, MBA, or CIPD qualification demonstrating formal academic and professional foundation in human resources management, organisational development, workforce planning, and HR strategy development within a regional business environment
- Demonstrate minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in line management, including managing regional HR operations, leading HR teams, and delivering strategic HR initiatives across multiple business functions
- Demonstrate prior experience within the retail industry, with preference for luxury retail environments, showing understanding of retail workforce dynamics, store operations, customer-facing teams, and high-performance culture requirements
- Demonstrate expertise in strategic HR leadership including development and execution of HR strategy, workforce planning, organisational design, and talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and international expansion
- Show hands-on experience managing performance management systems, leadership development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and organisational development strategies across regional operations
- Demonstrate strong experience in compensation and benefits design including development of pay structures, payroll management, benchmarking, and implementation of innovative benefits programs aligned with competitive market practices
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of GCC labour laws, HR policies, compliance frameworks, and employee relations management including disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and regulatory compliance
- Show experience implementing HR technology solutions including HRIS systems, HR analytics dashboards, automation tools, and leveraging data-driven decision-making for HR strategy and operational improvements
- Demonstrate experience leading change management initiatives, DEI initiatives, CSR programs, wellness initiatives, ESG alignment, and crisis management planning to ensure business continuity and organisational resilience
