Job description
Provide cost-effective implementation of HR policies, produce the monthly payroll, and maintain relevant records and reports related to compensation as required by management, legislation, and auditors. Support employees in the provision of all HR services including personnel administration and benefits management. Maximize the use of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure the integrity and security of the information stored.

- Plan, coordinate, and implement all activities within HR Services to meet section and team objectives
- Train and develop assigned staff on relevant skills to enhance their job proficiency and meet section goals
- Implement approved HR Services policies, processes, systems, standards, and procedures
- Support execution of HR Services work programs in line with company and international standards
- Ensure production of accurate monthly payroll and maintain necessary compensation records
- Maintain integrity and security of HRIS data
- Support employee services including personnel administration and benefits management
Experience & skills
- 4 to 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in HR Services
- Experience with HR policies, payroll, and HRIS systems
- Understanding of international HR standards and compliance
