Job description
The Manager – Airport Mobility Operations role at Red Sea Global supports the Senior Manager in delivering end-to-end transportation services for guests, employees, and stakeholders traveling to and from airports serving the AMAALA project. The role is accountable for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient arrival and departure transport operations during high-traffic periods, directly contributing to the seamless luxury guest experience associated with AMAALA. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring airport transport schedules, overseeing transport teams, managing service providers, and ensuring uninterrupted connectivity between airport terminals and Triple Bay / AMAALA Staff Village. The role also carries responsibility for fleet reliability through close coordination with maintenance teams to ensure manufacturer-recommended servicing and optimal vehicle availability. The position proactively identifies operational improvements to enhance service quality, safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, while maintaining full compliance with safety regulations and company policies. The role acts as the primary escalation point for transport-related inquiries, incidents, and guest feedback, and provides performance reporting and data-driven insights to senior management to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily airport transportation operations for arrivals and departures between airport terminals and AMAALA locations
- Monitor and manage transport schedules to prevent service gaps or delays during high-traffic periods
- Ensure transport services meet agreed safety, efficiency, and guest experience standards
- Coordinate with service providers to address non-performance issues and implement corrective actions
- Lead and manage transport coordinators, drivers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and training to maintain service quality
- Act as the primary point of contact for transport-related inquiries and complaints from stakeholders
- Resolve guest and stakeholder issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Review existing transport operations to identify efficiency, cost, and service improvement opportunities
- Implement systems and process enhancements to elevate guest experience and operational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and risk management requirements
- Investigate and report transport-related incidents or accidents and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate fleet maintenance activities in collaboration with the Maintenance team
- Prepare and submit performance reports including ridership data, incident reports, and feedback analysis
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of industry experience within automotive or transportation sectors
- Demonstrate experience managing airport arrival and departure functions in a large, fast-paced environment
- Exhibit strong capability in managing high-volume transport operations under time pressure
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level or higher
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, including engagement with VIP transport requirements
- Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Demonstrate ability to work independently within a highly collaborative operational environment
