Job description
FAB's Securities Services client portfolio spans the GCC and Egypt, with this MD and Head of Client Management role also carrying responsibility for supporting the business's expansion into Asia. You own the P&L for existing clients, deepening strategic relationships and growing revenue across Direct Custody & Clearing, Global Custody, Fund Administration, Performance & Risk Measurement, Middle Office Outsourcing and Securities Finance. Strategic client planning, disciplined execution, wallet penetration and retention all combine here to deliver sustainable revenue growth against agreed financial objectives across a multimarket institutional client franchise. Service Directors, RFP and Transitions teams report into this role, with standards set for senior client engagement, execution quality, implementation discipline and cross-functional delivery alongside Product, Sales and Operations. Business strategy gets translated into practical execution plans, keeping client priorities, revenue opportunities, implementation requirements and service commitments clearly owned across the organisation. You act as the senior relationship owner and escalation point for material client matters, applying judgment and governance discipline to resolve issues and protect long-term client value. Cross-functional delivery runs across Product, Sales, Operations, Legal and Compliance, keeping client commitments, risk appetite, operational readiness and commercial priorities aligned. Marketing plans, client materials and industry positioning round out the mandate, alongside support for thought leadership activity, awards and participation in industry forums.
