Job description
The Operations Manager at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment (Snow Dome) is responsible for driving operational excellence, enforcing strong SOPs, and ensuring compliance with UAE laws, Abu Dhabi Municipality, and company standards. The role oversees daily facility operations, staffing, Duty Managers, and team leads to maintain high-quality operations, guest satisfaction, and safety standards. It involves leading safety initiatives, risk management, audits, and crisis response, as well as monitoring KPIs, optimizing revenue and guest flow, and coordinating with Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Events teams. The Operations Manager also engages in team development, training, performance management, and provides operational, financial, and strategic insights to support long-term growth and continuous improvement across the facility.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs to ensure operational consistency and compliance
- Lead safety, risk management, crisis response, and audits across all operational areas
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and team leads to maintain smooth and high-quality operations
- Deliver a world-class guest experience by managing feedback, resolving escalations, and reinforcing service culture
- Optimize revenue and guest flow by monitoring performance and driving KPIs in collaboration with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing
- Lead, develop, and engage teams through training, performance management, and cross-functional coordination
- Support events and seasonal activations through coordination with Events and support functions
- Provide operational, financial, and performance reporting with strategic insights and growth recommendations
Experience & skills
