Job description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Territory Manager to support their EndoMech Energy business in Kuwait City. The primary responsibility is to generate business growth compared to the previous year and achieve 100% of the sales goal as planned quarterly and annually. The role involves daily hospital visits to attend ongoing surgical operations utilizing Ethicon Surgery products, ensuring their safe and effective use. The Territory Manager will promote Ethicon Surgery products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) through hands-on demonstrations, conduct in-service training on company systems to surgeons and nurses, and provide education on proper product application, features, functions, and benefits. The position requires managing business relationships and communications with both external and internal customers in a cooperative, timely, and efficient manner. The candidate should continuously expand knowledge to represent the complete product line professionally across all customer segments. Gulf Countries experience is highly recommended, and fluency in English and Arabic is a plus. Operating Room and presentation skills are highly recommended.

Key responsibilities
- Identify achievable and relevant quarterly target customers in all segments to meet annual business plans
- Accomplish quarterly, monthly, and weekly priority sales goals through efficient use of time and resources
- Follow the sales process daily to consistently advance target customers along the selling cycle
- Conduct daily hospital visits to attend ongoing surgical operations, ensuring safe and effective use of Ethicon Surgery products
- Promote Ethicon Surgery products to healthcare professionals with hands-on demonstrations during hospital visits
- Report sales performance regularly to the area sales manager and participate in sales business reviews
- Conduct in-service training on company systems to healthcare professionals, including surgeons and nurses
- Continuously expand knowledge to professionally represent the complete product line to all customer segments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing education on proper product application, features, functions, and benefits
- Manage business relationships and communications with external and internal customers in a cooperative, timely, and efficient manner
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Sciences or related field
- 1ā2 years of experience in the medical sector
- Understanding of key account management principles
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determination to succeed
- Ability to build healthy customer relationships
- Innovative and self-confident
- Gulf Countries experience is highly recommended
- Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus
- Operating Room and presentation skills are highly recommended
