Job description
The Corporate Associate at Dentons in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, will join a globally integrated team handling the full spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, and equity capital markets (ECM). The role involves strategic planning, due diligence, transactional execution, and post-closing integration. Responsibilities include leading transactions, maintaining client relationships, contributing to business development and thought leadership, mentoring junior team members, and supporting the firm's expansion. Ideal candidates will have a strong academic record, bilingual capabilities, prior experience with international clients, and exceptional drafting and legal research skills. The role offers exposure to a variety of sectors and requires proactive, resilient, and commercially aware professionals aligned with Dentons' global service standards and diversity values.

Experience & skills
- 3ā4 years PQE in corporate law, ideally with international client exposure
- Strong academic record including a legal degree
- Extensive knowledge and experience in M&A, private equity, ECM, and venture capital
- Exceptional legal drafting and research skills
- Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Business development capability and market-focused approach
- Strong financial and commercial awareness
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred
- Saudi nationals only; candidates based in KSA preferred
