Job description
The Cluster Manager ā Engineering and Technical Services for the Sports and Entertainment Company at the Red Sea Site in Umluj is responsible for leading engineering operations and technical services across multiple operational zones. The role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient functionality of park infrastructure, utility systems, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Key functions include implementing preventive maintenance programs, managing utilities and water quality, conducting technical inspections, and supporting environmental compliance. The position requires expert-level knowledge of facility operations engineering, HSE compliance, and equipment lifecycle management. It involves coordinating cross-zone engineering teams, enforcing safety protocols, managing audits and reporting, and providing daily technical support to ensure seamless operations. The Cluster Manager also contributes to departmental strategy, KPIs, operational planning, budget preparation, and workforce development. Candidates must have a Bachelorās degree in Engineering, 10 years of experience (with 3 in a managerial role), and advanced expertise in infrastructure, diagnostics, and preventive systems.

- Lead engineering and technical services across operational zones to ensure infrastructure reliability and efficiency
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of utilities supporting park functionality
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for rides, equipment, and key assets
- Conduct technical inspections for safety and reliability compliance
- Manage and monitor water quality across zones to meet health and safety standards
- Support environmental compliance efforts in collaboration with HSE teams
- Coordinate resource planning and workforce allocation for continuous operations
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure alignment with RSG and HSE standards
- Lead audits and reporting for safety engineering functions
- Provide technical support to ensure smooth daily operations across all zones
- Contribute to department strategy in line with the destination's vision and mission
- Develop objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans aligned with performance targets
- Assist in department budget preparation and monitor financial performance
- Implement and enforce departmental policies and procedures, and oversee KPI communication
- Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of departmental employees
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; Masterās preferred
- Have at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in a managerial role
- Possess strong knowledge of engineering systems, maintenance programs, and HSE compliance
- Demonstrate expertise in facility operations engineering and HSE compliance
- Have advanced proficiency in preventive maintenance, utilities systems, and water quality management
- Be skilled in technical diagnostics, inspections, lifecycle management, and infrastructure recovery
- Exhibit strong capabilities in cross-zone coordination and incident response
