Job description
The Pre-Sales Director â Agentic AI Platform is responsible for strategically bridging advanced AI technology capabilities and business value creation, leveraging deep technical knowledge to design and execute high-value, outcome-driven solutions. The role requires challenging clientsâ current technical frameworks, particularly those relying on incremental improvements to legacy systems, and defining ideal future-state outcomes through visionary questioning, strategic scenario building, and executive persuasion. Candidates must engage directly with clients to design net-new solutions, execute strategic deals through to closure, and guide business model development. The position demands hands-on execution, technical fluency in Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, operational decision-making automation, situational awareness, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams for technical validation. Broad industry knowledge across Defense, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Logistics, Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, Transportation, and Autonomous Vehicles is essential. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, ensuring delivery of transformative outcomes, resilience, sustainability, and improved customer results using AI technologies.

Experience & skills
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business development, or solution consulting for enterprise AI platforms
- Strong technical knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic deals and influence senior client executives
- Cross-industry expertise in sectors including Defense, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, Logistics, Smart Buildings, Smart Cities, Transportation, and Autonomous Vehicles
- Hands-on execution capability in solution design and client engagement
- Ability to develop commercially viable business models and perform high-level technical validation
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup or scale-up environments
- Professional fluency in English, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
