The Business Analyst – Fresh Graduates (Emiratisation) role at Deloitte involves producing high quality deliverables, collecting, assimilating and analyzing relevant data using standard processes and tools, supporting solutions, applying basic financial concepts, conducting in-depth research and benchmarking analysis to provide insights and best practices, applying structured thinking and frameworks to organize concepts, identifying gaps and communicating ideas clearly, finding and leveraging diverse resources for insights, engaging professionally with clients and teams, valuing diverse perspectives, applying technology fundamentals including Robotic Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, Blockchain and cloud to client situations, understanding business operations and supporting development or improvement of business processes. Responsibilities include personal development aligned with Deloitte values, acting as a brand ambassador, maintaining accountability for performance, developing communication and relationship-building skills, providing informal coaching, and contributing across client and internal team environments. The role accepts a wide range of undergraduate majors across engineering, economics, finance, business, data, analytics, machine learning, IT, strategic management, HR, marketing, language and translation, and mathematics, requiring excellent MS Office skills, strong administrative and numeracy capabilities, ability to analyze complex data, operate project and program management disciplines, handle multiple tasks under deadlines, and willingness to travel.
