Job description
Manage and grow a strategic accounts portfolio by directing the organic growth strategy, setting the vision, driving annual account planning, identifying key growth opportunities, and proactively creating client value. You will develop and manage trusted advisor relationships, ensuring profitable growth and world-class delivery across a multi-million dollar portfolio for Wipro.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a strategic account portfolio with a focus on organic growth.
- Develop and execute annual account plans and identify key growth opportunities.
- Drive client value creation and ensure financial health of the accounts.
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.
- Cross-sell various service lines and work collaboratively across teams.
- Leverage Global Delivery Model (GDM) for delivery efficiency and value.
- Interact with clients at all levels with consultative sales capabilities.
- Manage multi-million USD accounts across geographies.
- Generate leads through business line interactions.
- Prepare and present proposals, including proactive and RFP/RFI responses.
- Liaise with procurement and supplier relationship teams for contracts, invoices, and payments.
- Collaborate with senior client stakeholders (CIOs, VPs, Directors) for business growth strategies.
- Carry and achieve targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margin.
- Resolve internal people management issues within Wipro teams.
Experience & skills
- At least 15 years of experience in IT Services sales at Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the global delivery model (GDM) and delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to cross-sell multiple service lines to clients.
- Experience managing multi-million USD accounts across geographies.
- Strong consultative selling and client engagement skills.
- Ability to prepare proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
- Experience working with procurement and supplier relationship teams.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with cross-team collaboration experience.
