Job description
The HCM Senior Solution Advisor Specialist brings well-developed solution and business process knowledge to customers by demonstrating a compelling vision of the future with SAP SuccessFactors/HCM partner solutions. This individual acts as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors, staying current on product updates, features, and industry trends, and engages with customers and internal teams to ensure high-impact, value-driven interactions throughout the customer lifecycle—from early sales engagement to successful adoption and value realization.

Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers early in the sales cycle by matching customer needs to SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Manage business process discovery to support solution recommendations and business capability mapping.
- Support new sales and adoption by providing solution-specific expertise and competitive differentiation.
- Contribute to account strategy development and provide thematic content for competitive differentiation.
- Execute presentations and dry runs using digital assets including demos, presentations, and microsites.
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries on solution topics with a focus on customer success.
- Transition deals to onboarding teams, partners, and Field Services for implementation.
- Drive solution adoption by continuing to communicate SAP's value post-selection.
- Support customers through successful deployments and value realization as needed.
Experience & skills
- 10–15 years of relevant professional experience with large IT organizations or multinational software firms.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
- Expertise in one or more SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Time, Payroll, and Talent Management.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of HR processes and workflows.
- Working knowledge of cloud models including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to engage stakeholders through compelling storytelling.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferable.
