Job description
Façade manufacturing ties up large amounts of material, and Walltech needs an Inventory Control Manager to bring tighter cost control, governance and accountability to it. The entire façade inventory at the Sharjah facility sits under your control. Inventory tracking and process discipline are at the core, from receipt and storage through issue to production. Regular stock counts, reconciliation and variance investigation keep records accurate and losses visible. Material accountability matters, so wastage and returns need tracking against project allocations. Reporting on inventory value and cost exposure gives management a clear view of where money sits. The facility may move to Ras Al Khaimah, so flexibility to travel or relocate is required. Applicants need 15-20 years of experience with strong expertise in inventory control and material management, including façade manufacturing inventory, and a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, with a Master's preferred. Spoken Hindi would help given regular work with the blue-collar workforce, and only candidates based in Sharjah or RAK will be considered.
