Key responsibilities
- Lead co-marketing planning and execution with assigned business partners
- Guide partners on marketing strategy, campaign development, and ROI measurement
- Coordinate the approval process for partner marketing activity plans, ensuring compliance with IBMâs audit and legal standards
- Support business partner events planning and execution within the region
- Collaborate with IBM field and ecosystem marketing teams to align messaging and execution
- Coach partners on digital transformation and usage of IBM digital tools such as My Digital Marketing and Seismic
- Advocate for the value of partners within IBM by highlighting success stories and ROI
- Drive digital marketing adoption and skill progression for assigned business partners
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison to partners, supporting client progression and sales enablement
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and recommend course correction where needed
- Engage multiple personas within business partner organizations, including C-suite, sales, and marketing teams
- Collaborate on content development and storytelling for joint IBM-partner success
Experience & skills
- Masterâs degree preferred in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 yearsâ experience in B2B partner or ecosystem marketing
- Strong understanding of partner business models, revenue drivers, and co-marketing mechanics
- Experience with digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and campaign execution
- Familiarity with marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., MyDM, Seismic, Eloqua)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across global and cross-functional teams
- Track record of managing events and marketing performance in a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English, with additional regional language a plus
