This mid-level consulting role (open to Emirati Nationals only) within Accenture’s Strategy & Consulting practice focuses on Emiratization and UAE talent development, helping leadership teams design and deliver people-centered transformation. The consultant conducts analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights on client and industry performance improvement; supports end-to-end delivery of workstreams covering platform design, operating model design, business and digital strategy development, and business case development for government agencies, including national digital value realization and impact, digital architecture design, and related initiatives. Responsibilities span stakeholder collaboration and detailed requirements gathering, change management to identify and mitigate resistance to strategic initiatives, implementation of best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance, and development and delivery of training programs to build strategic capabilities and ensure successful adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, digital savviness, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), alongside experience in areas such as operating model design, strategy formulation, digital transformation, beneficiary experience, impact assessment, monitoring, and evaluation. The consultant will help clients navigate rapid change with precision and agility, aligning with Accenture’s broader agenda on sustainability, inclusion, diversity & equity, purpose, and board effectiveness to deliver exceptional strategic outcomes in the UAE.
