Job description
NahdiCare polyclinics across an assigned district in Mecca need to hit sales targets, stay profitable and keep patients coming back, and this Clinic Operations Manager is responsible for making that happen. Each clinic gets its own objectives, covering sales, customer satisfaction and quality assurance, with KPIs reviewed and corrective actions set when results slip. Revenue and expenses are watched closely to keep cash flow healthy, and manpower plans are approved with the HRBP. Market dynamics and competitor moves in the area feed into action plans, forecasts and promotional campaigns built around the healthcare calendar. Operations, guest care, facility management, IT, nursing and HR Care teams all come under your oversight, and the medical manager is a close partner on service quality. NPS scores and feedback are tracked daily, with coaching used to lift the guest experience. Health and safety compliance, along with healthcare committees working to standards such as CBAHI, also sits with you. The schedule runs six days a week with one day off. Candidates need to be a qualified medical doctor or pharmacist with 5 to 8 years in sales and operations management and fluent Arabic and English.
