Job description
The Business Valuation and Modelling Executive will join EY’s Valuation, Modelling and Economics team, delivering decision-making support through high-quality financial models and strategic valuation services. The role involves client advisory on transactions, fair value reporting, and strategic planning support across various industries

Key responsibilities
- Conduct valuations for strategic and transactional purposes
- Support acquisition and transformation planning through financial analysis
- Prepare and review deliverables including data books and reports
- Work closely with clients to co-develop value-based approaches
- Mentor junior team members and support their development
- Collaborate with internal teams and departments
- Identify additional service opportunities with clients
- Support business development and team initiatives
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business valuation
- Strong financial modelling skills including model creation from scratch
- Expertise in valuation methodologies and market assessments
- Understanding of IFRS standards and fair value measurement
- Experience in feasibility studies and capital allocation
- Arabic language skills
- Progress toward or completion of CFA preferred
- Experience in Big 4 or professional services firm preferred
- Knowledge of GCC markets preferred
