Job description
The Sales Manager at CHANEL Dubai Mall is responsible for managing a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring alignment with the House's strategy, and developing both individual and team potential to maximize performance. The role combines strong leadership, business acumen, and stylistic expertise to drive exceptional client experiences and achieve commercial objectives. The manager actively supervises floor operations, coaches team members to reach high levels of style and client experience, and collaborates closely with the Client Experience Manager team and boutique management. Responsibilities extend to overseeing boutique compliance with procedures and the Boutique Charter, contributing to the overall business strategy, optimizing inventory management, ensuring product visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising, analyzing business and product performance, and implementing action plans to enhance sales and boutique operations. The role also requires embodying CHANELās brand image and environmental and societal values, participating in client events, and acting as an ambassador of luxury standards. Fluency in English is required, with intercultural openness, flexibility for airport shifts, and strong teamwork orientation being essential.

- Manage and lead a team of Fashion Advisors, ensuring proper understanding and deployment of the House's strategy
- Coach and develop team members to achieve high levels of style expertise and client experience
- Motivate and federate the team towards achieving commercial objectives through regular one-to-one follow-up meetings
- Maximize individual potential by defining priority actions for skill development and monitoring progress, while reporting to the Deputy Boutique Manager
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the boutique overall business strategy in collaboration with the Deputy Manager
- Ensure compliance with Boutique procedures and the Boutique Charter
- Propose improvements to client experience and operational efficiency
- Monitor and manage sales performance to ensure progress towards business goals
- Assist in collection buying for the boutique, respecting budget, guidelines, and boutique concept
- Perform quantitative analyses to provide recommendations on business and product strategy
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance business and performance of boutique activities
- Make regular reports to the Boutique Management on business performance and operational matters
- Ensure product line visibility in collaboration with Visual Merchandising
- Optimize inventory management, monitor sell-through, and achieve inventory objectives for assigned category
- Ensure consistent delivery of client experience in line with brand guidelines and participate in client events
- Embody and promote CHANELās environmental, societal, and brand values in all decisions and client interactions
