Job description
The Principal Channel Sales Representative role at Honeywell is responsible for leading strategic account management and driving growth for connected industrial solutions within the industrial sector in Saudi Arabia. The role serves as the primary point of contact for key accounts, focusing on industrial IoT, automation, IT/OT technologies, and data analytics solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas, Refining, and Petrochemicals. The position involves developing and executing account plans, engaging executive-level stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, project delivery, and after-market support. The role requires deep understanding of industrial process domains, market trends, and Honeywell’s connected industrial portfolio, leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite to track performance, report insights, and manage complex, multi-account environments while representing Honeywell at industry events and conferences.

- Lead and manage relationships with key accounts as the primary contact for connected industrial business
- Develop and execute detailed account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and sustained business growth
- Engage regularly with executive-level stakeholders to understand needs, build trust, and address strategic objectives
- Identify growth and expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive strategic sales initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, project teams, and after-market support to deliver integrated industrial solutions
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform and refine sales strategies
- Assess customer pain points and requirements related to industrial IoT and connected industrial solutions
- Provide subject matter expertise on product capabilities and industry applications aligned with customer objectives
- Facilitate customer workshops and deliver presentations to educate clients on Honeywell offerings
- Monitor account performance against targets using defined metrics and KPIs
- Prepare and present regular account performance reports to senior management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and performance records using CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Foster collaboration across sales and technical teams to enhance solution delivery
- Represent Honeywell at industry conferences and events to strengthen market presence
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with MBA preferred
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector
- Demonstrate a proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving revenue growth
- Exhibit strong understanding of industrial IoT, industrial automation, and data analytics solutions
- Show experience working with IT/OT technologies in industrial environments
- Demonstrate proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Possess knowledge of process domains including Oil & Gas, Refining, and Petrochemicals
- Be capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously within a structured sales framework
