Job description
The Senior Role in General Sales within Emaar Hospitality Group is responsible for driving hotel occupancy and revenue growth through effective management of qualified business partners. The role focuses on identifying, qualifying, and managing sales opportunities while ensuring alignment with organizational sales strategies and revenue objectives. It involves handling contracting processes, promotional activities, and enhancing hotel product awareness in the market. The position requires close collaboration with business partners to maximize account production and strengthen market penetration across defined segments. The role also includes managing sales systems such as Opera and Delphi, as well as CRM platforms, to support effective sales operations and customer relationship management. Additionally, the role requires understanding and managing hotel departmental P&L, expense budgets, and financial performance metrics. The incumbent is expected to analyze account performance and team productivity to drive impactful business decisions and optimize revenue outcomes. Strong leadership skills are required to manage and develop sales teams, ensuring performance aligns with hotel revenue targets, market penetration goals, and RGI index benchmarks. The role operates within a performance-driven hospitality environment where success is measured by revenue generation, account production, and market share growth.

Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years in sales managerial role or 1 year as sales department head
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business / Economics
- Experience using Opera PMS, Delphi, and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of hotel P&L and budget management
- Proven track record in sales team management and development
- Ability to analyze account and performance data for decision-making
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of online distribution channels in hospitality
- Experience in revenue-driven hospitality sales environment
