Job description
The Experience Partner – Associate Director at Cognizant Moment will play a key role in driving demand generation, client engagement, and solution delivery in the domains of Experience Transformation, AI-enabled personalization, and Digital Experience Platforms. This Riyadh-based hybrid role focuses on crafting sales strategies, leading opportunity pipelines, building innovative and scalable solutions, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients in Saudi Arabia and across the Middle East. The partner will engage directly with marketing, technology, and business leaders to translate complex business needs into hyper-personalized, AI-powered solutions, leveraging Adobe, Salesforce, and Google ecosystems. Key responsibilities include leading solution development teams, conducting strategic workshops, building cross-functional teams across Cognizant, and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate must be bilingual in Arabic and English, have strong market knowledge in sectors like Airlines, Banking, Oil & Gas, or Healthcare, and possess deep commercial knowledge in digital content, product design, and cloud ecosystem strategies. Travel across the region may be required up to 20%.

- Generate demand and lead pipeline development for Cognizant Moment offerings across Saudi, UAE, and Qatar
- Create strategic sales plans aligned with market trends and client needs
- Build and lead pursuit teams to develop innovative, scalable digital experience solutions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders across marketing, product, and business divisions
- Craft compelling solution narratives, pricing models, and delivery structures
- Drive client satisfaction and accountability across solution lifecycles
- Run strategic workshops and thought leadership sessions to anticipate future market needs
- Collaborate internally across Cognizant’s consulting, data, and engineering functions to assemble ideal teams
- Engage with ecosystem partners including Adobe, Salesforce, and Google to enhance solution value
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients to foster growth and trust
Experience & skills
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Proven experience in digital experience platforms, marketing, content, commerce, and employee experience
- Deep industry expertise in one or more sectors: Airlines & Aviation, Banking, Healthcare, or Oil & Gas
- Experience working with Adobe, Salesforce, and Google Cloud ecosystems
- Strong strategic problem-solving and solution architecture skills
- Ability to lead opportunity pursuits, build proposals, and craft GTM strategies
- Demonstrated executive presence and effective communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills across internal teams and client stakeholders
- Experience translating complex technical and business needs into actionable digital strategies
