The Accounting Consultant role based in Dubai focuses on serving as an Accounting Education Expert responsible for enhancing educational offerings related to Odoo’s accounting module for the Middle Eastern market. The position centers on designing, developing, and delivering structured educational programs that enable users to effectively utilize Odoo accounting functionalities. The role involves close collaboration with the internal Education team, Odoo experts, developers, and the external finance teams of clients to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and alignment of training content with Odoo features, accounting principles, accounting standards, accounting regulations, industry standards, and best practices. The Accounting Education Officer creates comprehensive curricula, develops engaging instructional materials such as lesson plans, video tutorials, handouts, and online resources, and designs assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Training delivery is conducted through in-person, online, and hybrid formats, including workshops, seminars, and classroom-style sessions for diverse audiences. The role also includes providing one-on-one or small-group support, troubleshooting assistance, and tailoring educational programs to specific client and partner needs. Continuous communication with stakeholders is required to promote educational offerings, gather feedback, and drive ongoing improvement. The position requires a strong accounting background, ERP exposure, Odoo accounting expertise, fluency in English, native-level Arabic, and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-evolving company environment.
