Job description
The Senior Investor & Startup Program Executive – Founder Experience role at Tahaluf is a core position supporting the delivery of founder-focused programming within large-scale B2B events such as LEAP. Operating within Saudi Arabia’s largest events organizer, the role is responsible for curating, managing, and optimizing the end-to-end founder journey, from ticket registration through on-site participation and post-event follow-up. The position spans operations, partnerships, and community engagement, ensuring seamless founder experiences that connect startups with investors, partners, accelerators, incubators, government programs, and venture capital stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing founder ticketing and registration workflows, maintaining accurate databases, executing engagement features such as matchmaking, meetups, networking sessions, roundtables, bootcamps, and masterclasses, and producing detailed dashboards and reports to track participation, satisfaction, and engagement outcomes. The role collaborates closely with marketing, operations, registration, and customer service teams to align communications, enhance engagement touchpoints, and support value-driven founder experiences across multiple high-profile events.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end founder journey from onboarding and ticket registration through on-site participation and post-event follow-up
- Execute and support founder engagement features including matchmaking, founder meetups, networking sessions, roundtables, and community activations
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance the founder ticket experience and ensure clear, timely, and goal-aligned communications
- Track, analyze, and report on founder participation data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Create and support founder guides, communications, and engagement materials across events
- Coordinate founder ticket approval processes in collaboration with registration and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate databases tracking startup and founder participants and oversee ticket allocation transparency and data quality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for founders requiring assistance with registration, access, or participation
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners including accelerators, incubators, government programs, and venture capital firms to onboard high-potential founders
- Support pre-event and on-site activations integrating founders into networking, mentorship, and matchmaking programs
- Maintain dashboards and reporting on founder participation, satisfaction, and engagement outcomes
- Provide weekly status updates to the Startup Program Manager highlighting challenges, progress, and new initiatives
- Support logistics and coordination for startup programming such as bootcamps, masterclasses, and networking events
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Possess 2–4 years of experience in startup programs, events management, community management, or partnerships
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the startup and investment ecosystem, preferably within the MENA region
- Apply strong organizational and project management capabilities across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Use English professionally with Arabic language proficiency considered an advantage
