Job description
The Senior Executive - Retail and F&B Marketing at Dubai Holding Entertainment is responsible for supporting and executing marketing campaigns across the F&B and retail portfolio. This includes tactical marketing plan creation, critical path development, budget monitoring, and effectiveness measurement. The role manages event development, agency collaborations for creative, PR, digital, and advertising services, and the preparation of departmental reports and presentations. The position also handles signage and collateral logistics and liaises with external partners, suppliers, and sponsors to maximize campaign impact and footfall. Active listening to guest feedback and timely responses are also integral to enhancing customer experience. The position supports marketing operations at premier destinations such as Global Village, Dubai Parks and Resorts™, The Green Planet, Roxy Cinemas, Coca-Cola Arena, and through platforms like Arabian Radio Network and MPN by Dubai Holding Entertainment.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver and support marketing campaigns across the F&B and Retail portfolio
- Create and implement tactical marketing and communication plans with defined KPIs and timelines
- Deliver campaign briefs and post-event debrief reports
- Develop and manage events and marketing communication support at all DHE locations
- Lead agency interactions across research, creative, branding, PR, social media, advertising, media buying, and digital marketing
- Prepare departmental reports, updates, and presentations
- Manage signage and marketing collateral requirements
- Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, partners, and sponsors
- Respond effectively to guest feedback and concerns to exceed expectations
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing or relevant field
- 1 year of relevant marketing experience
- Strong communications and marketing acumen
- Proven accountability in expense budget development and management
- Ability to demonstrate ROI on marketing initiatives
