The Manager, Margin & Cost Assurance role is a leadership position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance margin performance and cost efficiency across Business, Consumer, and non-Telecom-core product and service portfolios. The role leads the design and implementation of a comprehensive Margin & Cost Assurance (M&CA) policy and control framework aligned with organizational objectives. The position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve margin and cost-related issues, supported by robust reporting and analytics capabilities using data analytics, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office tools. The role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in margin management while leveraging telecom industry experience and data analytics expertise to drive continuous improvement, margin optimization, and cost reduction initiatives. The manager also stays current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance margin and cost strategies and leads, mentors, and develops a team of M&CA professionals to foster operational excellence and innovation.
