Job description
The Consultant Development Program – Analyst role is an entry-level opportunity designed for UAE or GCC nationals to launch their careers in management consulting with Oliver Wyman. As part of a high-performing project team, the Analyst will work alongside colleagues across levels and geographies to solve complex business problems for leading organizations. The role involves conducting research, analyzing data, structuring solutions, and contributing to client deliverables from day one. Through a combination of hands-on project experience and structured formal training, Analysts will rapidly develop core consulting capabilities in strategy, operations, risk, and organization transformation. The program provides mentorship, career advisory support, and exposure to diverse industries while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-impact environment.

Key responsibilities
- Work as an integral member of consulting project teams to solve complex client challenges across industries, contributing to structured problem-solving and delivering high-impact solutions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including market analysis, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and benchmarking, to generate insights that inform strategic recommendations.
- Analyze data sets using structured analytical approaches to identify trends, assess performance gaps, and support evidence-based decision-making for clients.
- Support the development of client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models, ensuring clarity, logical storylining, and executive-ready outputs.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather information, test hypotheses, and build trusted working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop core consulting skills such as task prioritization, hypothesis-driven analysis, structured communication, and time management through on-the-job experience and formal training.
- Collaborate effectively within diverse and cross-cultural teams, contributing ideas, challenging assumptions constructively, and supporting a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Participate in continuous learning and development initiatives, including coaching sessions with assigned career advisers, buddies, and talent managers to accelerate professional growth.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized university; candidates in their final year of study or within one year post-graduation are eligible to apply.
- UAE or GCC national in alignment with the National Talent program requirements.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to break down complex issues into structured components and propose practical solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and intellectual curiosity, with evidence of leadership or meaningful extracurricular involvement beyond academic studies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance consulting environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the confidence to collaborate with colleagues across levels and cultures while building trust-based relationships.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by project needs, and commitment to hybrid working expectations (minimum three days per week in office or onsite).
