Job description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Graphic Design Manager to join their Business Support team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a critical role in visually supporting bid and tender submissions for high-profile infrastructure and real estate projects across the region. This role requires strong design expertise, particularly in creating data-driven visuals, layouts, and infographics aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is creative, highly detail-oriented, and experienced in managing high-pressure projects with tight deadlines in a professional services setting.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Design and layout tender documents, presentations, and proposals in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with bid and project teams to translate complex information into compelling visual formats.
- Develop high-quality infographics, charts, diagrams, and visuals for print and digital platforms.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and consistency.
- Advise on visual improvements for content in the bid library and support ongoing design enhancements.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to external freelance designers as needed.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and visual appeal in all outputs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to business generation materials.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a design role with a focus on bid and tender support.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, artworking, and data visualization expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple design projects effectively.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an ability to create bespoke visuals for complex content.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
