Job description
In this role you will take a science content operation at Noon Academy that currently runs on individual effort and relationships, and turn it into a system, managing a team of four subject leads and a production pipeline across six programs. You will own the team of four Design Leads covering Biology, Chemistry, Science for Middle School and Nafes, and Bio & Chem for the International track, along with content creators and a QA contractor, owning their goals, one-to-ones, feedback, growth, and hiring for open seats. You are responsible for documenting how each Design Lead actually builds a lesson, question bank, or assessment today, mapping inputs, tools, decision points, and review cycles before anything gets automated. Your responsibilities include owning the science content roadmap end to end across Grades 7 through 12 on both the National and International tracks, knowing at any moment what is on track, what is slipping, and what you are doing about it. You will run the operating cadence, covering capacity planning, production planning, prioritisation calls, and unblocking, keeping the multi-subject, multi-grade pipeline moving without weekly firefighting. You are responsible for working with Learning Excellence and Head Teachers to set design standards, review gates, and QA workflows so quality is a repeatable process. You will make the existing feedback loop of Exit Ticket, Diagnostic, End-of-Chapter, and Learning Gain data actually change what gets built next term, in partnership with Data and Learning Excellence. In this role you will build the templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals that let content volume grow without headcount growing in lockstep, and once the process is mapped, you will design and build AI-driven workflows and tooling using AI agents and data pipelines that remove the highest-friction manual steps in content production.
