Job description
The Finance Lead - Aftermarket Division at TechnipFMC will be responsible for the financial management and operations of the aftermarket division in Saudi Arabia, overseeing project costing, revenue and margin forecasting, and compliance with Saudi legal and regulatory financial requirements. This position partners closely with operational teams to ensure KPIs and performance targets are achieved, and plays a critical role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager with monthly reporting and financial analysis. The role includes overseeing forecasting of revenue and margin, identifying cost overruns, leading operational improvements, and maximizing division cash flow. The Finance Lead is also responsible for monthly legal entity forecasts, reviewing asset utilization, controlling bank payments and invoices, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and audit requirements. Proficiency in IFRS, Microsoft Excel, and SAP is highly valued.

Key responsibilities
- Act as business partner for project and functional managers on project costing, forecasting, and budget reporting
- Support Senior Finance Manager in monthly reporting, financial analysis, and ad hoc tasks
- Manage monthly forecasting of revenue, margin, and invoicing for Aftermarket business
- Identify and analyze potential operational improvements and cost overruns
- Lead business change activities to ensure delivery of financial benefits
- Maximize cash flow and division performance via robust financial controls
- Ensure compliance with company financial standards and support internal/external audits
- Prepare monthly forecast for legal entity focused on Aftermarket
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and quarterly reviews of balance sheet and P&L
- Review asset utilization and ensure proper use of all assets
- Control and review bank payments and invoice processing
Experience & skills
- Accounting qualification with strong knowledge of revenue and margin recognition
- Experience in project accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Self-starter, team player, and able to work independently
