Job description
Inception42 sells much of its AI portfolio through System Integrators, resellers, consulting partners and technology alliances, and this Director makes sure those partners can position, design and deliver it on their own. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering in Abu Dhabi, you build the partner technical strategy largely from the ground up. Technical onboarding, solution deep-dives, product training and a Partner Tech Certification curriculum form the enablement core. Demo environments, reference architectures, solution templates and architecture documents are built so partners can replicate them. During partner-led pursuits, guidance covers workshops, RFx responses, architectural design, cost estimation and solution sizing. Complex technical questions from partner opportunities escalate to you. Insights from the field feed product strategy and roadmap decisions through product, applied science, engineering and commercial teams. Scalable methods for onboarding, architecture reviews and quality assurance keep delivery consistent across partners. Expect to bring 7+ years in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering or technical consulting, ideally including partner enablement, hands-on cloud experience with Azure strongly preferred, and technical knowledge of OpenAI and Microsoft Azure at L300 as a strong plus.
